On my current one, you need to explain why you're not doing Mandatory OT. And I always say, "I'm not doing OT because I got a lot of things to do". Then I'll message my Lead to send an NTE if needed. So far I didn't get any. Not sure if Mandatory OT is legal here in PH.

They need to figure out forecasting. You send out letters with a date in bold. Customers don't read the letter just see that date. Then all call the same day. Now yall sending out OT emails the day of

I work 12pm-9pm with split days off (sunday and tuesday).I honestly ain't never looking for overtime. Gimme a better schedule, then we'll talk about overtime is my stance

I loved customer appreciation day. They wanted us to play bingo. If you answered a call & a certain word was said, you mark it off your bingo card. But keep your call at a minimum & don’t use wrap! How can you play? Just door dash me a pizza or ice cream! 😂

The company I used to work still has almost non stop mandatory OT. Oh you get holidays off, with no holiday pay and you have to make that day up on your normal day off.

The company I worked for got so cheap they started doing extended lunches so that they didn’t have to pay you more for staying later. then they would force first shift agents to work 3-12 pm, and then work 8-5 am. I quit in October. I’m not doing another holiday season with that company.

It’s the mandatory OT for training that gets me - because honestly if they’d just let me work it whenever I wouldn’t care that much. I work remote, let me clock in after dinner and knock out my training. But nah, they gotta schedule it for 8am on a Saturday. Because fuck my plans and ability to relax after a stressful week of dealing with all of this bullshit I guess.
