@abc10news: A scare the afternoon before Election Day. A suspicious package found at the San Diego County Registrar of Voters office forced the whole facility to evacuate for about 90 minutes Monday afternoon. Law enforcement and the Registrar of Voters say the package was deemed to not be a threat. The registrar reassured everyone the election is safe and secure.
