November can be busy AND you can still make time to get stronger 💪🏼 You don’t have to wait until January. You also don’t have to commit to working out every day to make this month count. Start with a plan that fits the time you actually have. This is a taste of the combinations you might see on a full body day inside Movement With Julie, my dumbbell-only weekly workout program. Training at home has been such a big part of staying consistent in my own busy seasons. Repeat these moves 2-3x rounds. A few tips when trying these moves: ✔️ Start lighter while you learn the combinations. Choose your weight based on the part that feels hardest. Your legs might handle more than your shoulders or biceps can control. ✔️ Take your time. Finish each part of the movement before starting the next. ✔️ For the bridge presses, keep your hips at a height you can hold without arching your lower back. You can also lower your hips and focus on the press. ✔️ Rest when you need to. You don’t have to rush to make a workout count. Inside my weekly workouts, I take the guesswork out of what to do: Monday: Lower body Tuesday: Upper body Wednesday: Cardio + core Thursday: Shoulders + glutes Friday: Full body Five new workouts drop every Saturday, with 30- and 60-minute options, warm-ups, cool-downs, and low-impact, bodyweight, and no-bench alternatives. Only have three days? Start with lower, upper, and full body. Pick days that work for YOUR week. Your health goals deserve space during the holidays, too. That might mean choosing the shorter workout, moving your workout day, or getting back to it after missing one. You can enjoy this season and keep showing up for yourself. Save this for your next full-body day, and follow for more dumbbell workouts at home. 🫡 #fullbody #homeworkout #workoutroutine #workouts
