Today was “staff development day” what is it yall are developing ? They already get a conference period and work till 5pm when school gets out at 3pm so I’m not sure what I’m missing? At this point I think the staff development days are days where staff decide how to make learning harder …. Ifykyk😭😭😭😭

Yup, they were telling the truth, one of the SRO told me that yesterday I had to ask what’s independent learning day, she said it’s for the teachers 😳I’m not a parent but they be out a lot I don’t think we were ever out like that back in the day 🤣
