I added in Epres as a pre wash and it changed my life … I love the Pantene and for wavy hair I use tresame air dry foam and I really like it. Hair is not my “thing” but I’m feeling like it’s growing and thicker

the dove scalp serum YESSSSS, I have psoriasis and I use Dani shampoo, they are a small company out of oregon but you can order online, if other shampoos dont work

I have been using her method for a while and it does show amazing results, when you finish showering you need to wait to your hair to be 80% dry and then brush it, after all is de tangled you dry it with a hair dryer to close the cuticle, NEVER SLEEP WITH WET HAIR follow this steps and your hair will be noticeably better and more beautiful even tho it’s already ❤️❤️

@🖤 lex 🖤: Hold your hair by your scalp when you brush so that there’s no tension on the scalp. I have found that that reduced my shedding quite a bit! Also, I love a brush that has a combination of bor brislesand the longer plastic bristles to brush my hair. I find it distributes the oils better throughout my hair. I also have one that I use when my hair is clean and wet with sparse plastic bristles and an open back. I find that that helps when brushing my hair a lot!!!

How are you liking the Pantene serum in the peach colored bottle? I have it too but I’m only using it on wash days and I’m not going to use an entire pipette on each section. It would be gone in a week!

If you're oiling pre-wash it doesn't hurt to run a brush thru it. It just helps spread it through. I had great results incorporating her products into my routine! Keep going✨

you can get an oil like product and a shampoo from your derm for scalp psoriasis. that was the only thing that helped me. the shampoo is ketoconazole and the oil is Fluocinolone. you use them when you start to have a flair up or irritation!
