☀️Change is a BEAUTIFUL thing when it’s real. ☀️Trust me, when you are intentionally and successfully working inward on yourself—beautiful things can happen. It’s not all roses & rainbows at first—it’s a real deep look WITHIN and that’s the part people get hung up on. In order to find your truest self, you do have to take inventory of all the things that harmed you in this life. Not all at once, but in a progressive and self-paced manner. By doing this, you will be able to identify why someone hurt you, and it helps you release a lot of pent-up pain revolving around that traumatic situation. Most of us hold onto that feeling too long. Knowing your worth is one thing, but deeply knowing & understanding YOURSELF (your truest spirit of self) is powerful!!! You can set intentions and smash goals left, right, and center. It takes time to arrive at this point. You can become a “better” person. It’s natural to change once you’re ready to. FYI…you were wounded by xyz. It can take time to work through difficult memories but there is definitely something on the other side of it. Understanding your wounds leads you towards healing/forgiveness/and eventually—an epiphany. I truly hope & pray everyone experiences at least one transformation inside your heart. Love yourself, people!!! Don’t let people take advantage, manipulate, or use you. Follow that big beautiful heart of yours, peeps! 🤟❤️🤟
