Beast Chance = floor((100 * W)/∑W)% … where W represents your player weight. Let me explain. W = 5 + ((−P) mod 3) In simple terms, the equation you see here describes how your first-time joining position, P, is used as a starting point for your order in the queue. The game adds 1 weight value for every survivor round you play and resets it to 0 for every beast round you play. The player with the highest weight always becomes beast, and whenever there is a tie between two players, whoever joined the server earlier becomes beast. Your beast chance is created by dividing your weight by the weight of everyone in the server, and the percent value of that is then rounded down. Therefore, beast chance is actually an ordered queue rather than just a random probability. Using these formulas, we can brute force the percentages needed to guarantee certain outcomes, as shown in this graph. Any chance lower than the final column is mathematically guaranteed to make you a survivor for each gamemode, and any chance greater than 50% is guaranteed to make you a beast regardless of lobby size.
