Melt the chocolate and butter together, stirring until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly. 2. In a bowl, beat the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, then slowly mix in the melted chocolate. 3. Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt directly into the same bowl. Gently mix until just combined. 4.
