I’m truly not asking this to be mean. If you can’t calm her and she is in a safe room, would it be awful for you to put on headphones to sleep for like an hour and then go comfort her? Sleeping is not optional, so I’m just wondering. Zero judgment! I obviously have no clue what I would do.
