they run the water in the riverbed because it's directly connected to the aquifer underground. it's called recharging the aquifer, and it's normal hydrologic management

No they are just choosing the cheapest option they could call in the tankers and haul it up stream of the Colorado river and help everyone. But this is by we shouldn’t have essential infrastructure privately managed.

We’ve been warned of climate change and we’ll Nino’s and we’ve done nothing to change our infrastructure to increase our storage capacity. But we do have golf, 55+ communities, new build homes and apartments, and a bunch of other shit we don’t need 💪🏼

Well, bravo guys for once again, being so far behind in technology and not taking advantage of the flooding!! I’m pretty sure we can list probably 3 to 4 maybe five countries that take advantage of flooding but not us in the desert!! Where we’ve been here long enough, and we know our ground does not absorb water!
