@bnc.ph: #MiddayReport | Six former public works officials and seven private individuals are now facing criminal charges over an alleged ₱491-million right-of-way scam in General Santos City. The Ombudsman has filed 18 counts each of graft and malversation over questionable land acquisition payments involving allegedly falsified documents and inflated property valuations.
