The captain should've picked up on the mistake..... The wing on the back(vertical stabiliser) broke off hence why the couldn't save it

they should have went around the weather or waited for another day to take the plate until the passengers that the weather's too bad to fly. that would have been a good idea. everybody would still be alive today

they knew 10 minutes before the crash that they had icing. It was the pilot failure to turn around that got them all killed.
