I work at a beauty salon, and my advice is: never squeeze red, swollen pimples on your nose! Pimple patches don't do much for deep breakouts. I personally use KUGIG Acne Spray after cleansing. It has 2% salicylic acid and 3% niacinamide to help with breakouts and acne marks.

You should definitely give it a try!! My acne used to be so much worse than it is now. These days, I only get a few little breakouts here and there, and it's made a huge difference for me. I use it morning and night, and if my skin feels dry, I just apply some moisturizer afterward. That's pretty much all I do!
