@toontumnetwork: The Ghana–Russia deal raises critical questions about Ghana's approach to youth unemployment. Rather than creating sustainable jobs at home, is Ghana turning to labour exports at the risk of losing the very human capital needed to drive its economic development? #GhanaRussiaDeal #Ghana #Russia #YouthUnemployment #LabourExport
So don’t our leaders have any better solutions in our country, eiiiii Africa leaders are so quick to sell us.😭😭😭😭

How can we build our country if we keep sending out strong and energetic youth who can build our country to go and build another person’s country. Oh Ghana!

Sirius. Ghana is not doomed. When China was doing the same thing in the 80s and 90s their situation was much like ours. now that same technology came back to china and they've taken over. what's is going on is just piece of a big plan to make Ghana the industrial hub we are praying for. so relax bro.

My brother, I want to be frank with you! This Mahama government can not use two years to conjure, I use the word conjure because of the kind of economy and the nature country that They inherited to build all these industries to be able to absorb all these labour force, so there could be a temporary arrangement like this one to open up a temporary job opportunities for them to get busy somehow, whiles the government finished it's preparation and build these factories to then and employ them. sending them to Russia does not mean that the government is shifting it's responsibility to another country! Ghana Is Never Doomed! I seriously disagree with you Tuntum!! From Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, the successive governments till this government have failed the country by not having any far sights to take bold steps to build these factories you are talking about. You are very wrong to say that the government has no vision and intentions to build the factories and industries to employ the unemployed Ghanaians. I disagree with you bro!!

China’s remarkable economic transformation offers an important lesson for Ghana. China deliberately invested in its young people by exposing them to advanced education, technology, industrial knowledge and practical skills, including opportunities to study and acquire expertise in countries such as the United States. Over time, these investments helped build the human capital and technical capacity needed to develop and sustain its industries.
Ghana is gradually positioning itself for economic growth, and this is the time to invest strategically in our youth. We must create opportunities for young Ghanaians to acquire advanced technical knowledge, industrial skills, technological expertise and international exposure.
The future of Ghana's economy will not depend solely on our natural resources, but also on the knowledge, innovation and capabilities of our people.
If we want to build industries that can compete globally, we must first build a generation with the knowledge and skills to sustain them. Ghana's youth must be prepared to drive the country's industrial transformation.

Job creation will not be immediate for the country now, and that the government would have to construct the factories and it's not going to in 2,3,4 years so the government needs to act on the unemployment issues
