@hercar.sg: Your OBU knows where you've been 👀 Parliament heard today that LTA can use ERP 2 location data to identify specific cars for enforcement. It has already used it to catch illegal cross-border taxis and cars no longer allowed on the road. Police can also demand the data for criminal investigations, and the Home Team expects to use it from January 2027. The twist? Motorists can't directly access the data in their own OBU.
