URGENT APPEAL TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA AND THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES These are some of the Nigerians who urgently need the intervention of the Nigerian government and the appropriate authorities. Approximately 25 Nigerians are currently stranded in Indonesia after allegedly being deceived by someone who promised to facilitate their journey from Nigeria to Indonesia and onward to Japan, which was their final destination. According to the information provided, each person reportedly paid approximately ₦16 million for this arrangement. Unfortunately, they are now stranded in Indonesia, unable to proceed to Japan or return home to Nigeria. Their return tickets, which were supposed to bring them back to Nigeria, were allegedly sold or misused. This is a very disturbing situation. These people trusted someone with their hard-earned money, sacrificed their belongings and, in some cases, sold properties back home to pursue what they believed was a genuine opportunity. Sadly, the Nigerian community leadership in Indonesia and the Nigerian Embassy’s response have not, from the victims’ perspective, provided the assistance they urgently need. I am therefore calling on the Federal Government of Nigeria, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), and every relevant Nigerian authority to intervene immediately. These are Nigerian citizens whose safety, dignity and welfare deserve attention. They should not be abandoned in a foreign country because someone allegedly took advantage of their trust. We need action, not silence. We need intervention, not excuses. PLEASE, LET THE RIGHTFUL NIGERIAN AUTHORITIES COME TO THE RESCUE OF THESE PEOPLE. Their lives and future matter. Their families are waiting for them back home. They deserve justice, protection and a safe way home. #SaveNigeriansInIndonesia #NiDCOM #VisaScam #igboamaka #Nigeria2027 @VDM @VDM @waga ge @@GBOGBO_MICHIGAN 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲 @Dandybest4Afrika🇳🇬🇵🇭 - @asigbajefamily
