we payed visa fee nhs fee we payed high tax and now she is changing the rule... we have nothing in our country now we sold our houses our gold for settelment its totaly unfair with us and with our kids😔

you're punishing people who came to this country who contributed from day 1 while they are studying, graduate visa, skilled worker visa paying tax and application fees, no single penny of public funds used. you should think again before finalising!

I have been in the UK since 2022, just because I got my COS after May 2025 doesn’t mean I entered the UK after may 2025.I will have to work with restrictions for 10 years, when I say restrictions i didn’t mean benefits because I don’t care about that, I mean I will have to work with one employer who is willing to sponsor me continuously, this is absolutely ridiculous. I have been contributing my fair share since I got in this country. I have no criminal records. This is not fairness, this is modern slavery in a legal way.

Well said. While it's nearly impossible for any policy to satisfy everyone, this approach feels genuinely unfair. My partner and I are both hard-working skilled workers on a 5-year route, earning a household income over £80k while paying full income tax, National Insurance, and IHS fees. Yet, under this system, we don't qualify for ILR until 10 years, whereas a household earning £50k qualifies sooner. We need to restore real fairness to the process.

Please Do you mean care workers who got on care visa before May 2025 have to have earned 25k£ yearly for the whole 5 years period? Or earn 25k£ at the point or year of applying for ILR?
