Every time I talked to my friends, one of them would cover their mouth with their hand. It was such a small gesture, but I noticed it. Later, I found out from another friend that I had bad breath. Thankfully, I went to see a dentist, who recommended Aarav toothpaste. After using it for a while, I noticed a big improvement.

Honestly, toothpaste ingredients matter way more than I used to think! 😭 I used to just grab whatever toothpaste was on the shelf, and my teeth ended up looking yellow and feeling super sensitive. Then I met my boyfriend, who's actually a dentist lol 😂 He told me to look for toothpaste with PAP and nano-hydroxyapatite to help with whitening and enamel care. I've been using AARAV ever since, and I've honestly noticed such a big difference!
