Honestly, brushing twice a day, flossing, and using mouthwash consistently can make a big difference in your oral health. And I mean doing it every single day, not just for a week or two! 😭 But with what you're dealing with, I'd definitely recommend seeing a dentist. Make sure you tell them exactly what's been going on so they can figure out what's causing it and help you get it under control.

Nobody really taught me how to take care of my teeth when I was younger, and I think that's why I've had so many oral health problems now. I've been going to the dentist regularly, so I can share a few tips! Always floss before brushing, and make sure you gently brush along the gumline where your teeth and gums meet. As for yellow teeth, that's mostly a cosmetic issue and can be caused by coffee and smoking stains. I personally look for toothpaste with PAP for surface stains, and prebiotic ingredients for everyday oral care. I've been sticking to this routine, and I've noticed a big improvement in my teeth! Honestly, toothpaste ingredients matter way more than I used to think! 😭 I used to just grab whatever toothpaste was on the shelf, and my teeth ended up looking yellow and feeling super sensitive. Then I met my boyfriend, who's actually a dentist lol 😂 He told me to look for toothpaste with PAP and nano-hydroxyapatite to help with whitening and enamel care. I've been using AARAV ever since, and I've honestly noticed such a big difference!

I've already finished one tube of AARAV, and I've actually noticed my teeth looking a little less yellow! 😂 My new order arrived yesterday, and it's already sitting on my bathroom counter haha!
