@lamiatatari: What if our children grow up remembering everything we said NO to… but never experiencing the beauty of what we could say YES to? Faith-centered parenting isn’t just about teaching our children what to stay away from. It’s also about helping them discover the joy in what is halal. I don’t want my children to associate their faith with deprivation or feel that choosing what’s right means missing out on happiness. I want them to experience the joy, laughter, friendships, and beautiful memories that come from living within the boundaries Allah has set for us. When we close one door, let’s make sure we’re opening another. Because our children deserve more than restrictions. They deserve beautiful alternatives. Let’s raise children who don’t just stay away from what’s haram, but genuinely love what’s halal. 🤍
