I know it doesn’t feel like it but it will get better, it will take time though one month is nothing. The feeling probably won’t go for a long time but you’ll learn to live with it until it just disappears. It’s been three days since I walked in on him with another girl, it’s my third breakup so I know how it goes but it’s my first time being cheated on and tbh never felt pain like this so feel like it’s my first time going through heartbreak all over again but us girls are so much stronger than men and we will be thriving whilst they’re mourning losing us. please read this and try to let this sink in if you can, from a 32 year whos been through it, and so many other people- i can completely feel with you how excruciating and unbearable the pain is, and i wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. the feeling is so heavy, its a pain you never forget. with how crushed my heart felt, I genuinely wondered how it was even still beating? I promise you, although you cant and wont see it right now, which is completely normal when youre grieving. You WILL make it through and truly feel happy again. slowly but surely, The heavy pain in your chest will be gone, and you'll be feel happy, truly happy. I absolutely promise you that, I wouldn't lie to you. please understand that one month in is still unbelievably raw and painful, and unfortunately 7 years is not something you will just simply "get over" you will make it through the other end of this pain, you don't need to try and be strong 🩷
