There was a port main break on port Malabar which made the flooding way worse then it was supposed to be they cut the water off bc of that too in that area

I read that they had a mainline water break on Pt. Malabar blvd, the water was so deep from the 27 inches of rain that the repair crew had no way to get out and do the repair and had to wait until the water subsided to work on it.
