Hi, I'm very curious I'm 21 and have HEDS. I was wondering how effective this is on the joints because I've have had more dislocations than I can count. Hip surgery and other joints in need of surgery, but I also have POTS and deal with bad blood circulation so I'm wondering if this would cut off the circulation due to the compression of it.

Hey I saw a little life hack for turning tubes right side out quicker and easier than those cones. You just take a long ribbon (you can even leave it on the bobbin) sew it to the top on your tube then while you’re sewing the tube in keep the ribbon inside. When you finished just pull the ribbon and cut it off with a seam ripper or something. Hope I explained well enough 😅

I have something similar but I have hypermobility which means my bones pop in and out of their sockets and cause me a ton of pain to move around and I have to be careful while walking around so I don't end up in a wheelchair
