She's finished! I present to you my own Beetlejuice cosplay design, made by me 🥰 HAPPY HALLOWE'EN! I've enjoyed this project SO MUCH, I grew up watching Beetlejuice and I always thought it was such a unique, funny and interesting movie. I also loved the sequel, I was laughing so much all the way through it 🤣  I had a vision for this cosplay with lots of volume, lots of different stripes and kinda like a runway/ fashion appeal. I did a sketch and looking at it, I ended up with something really close. My Beetlejuice wig is a base with a built-in structure, added wefts and was dip-dyed and backcombed until the comb would no longer backcomb 🤣 I styled the fringe as an inspiration from Lydia's look. For the waistcoat, skirt and cuffs I added the stripes myself with layers of cotton drill. There's a top I made that mimics a shirt and the collar and tie are made from scrap leather I had. I made the top hat out of leather too. I made the tulle skirt and dip-dyed it. The skirt and sleeves have structures underneath. For the sleeves I made a copy of the sleeve and sewed in rows of bias binding then added boning. I was so excited when it worked. I had to sew ribbons into the waistcoat to attach them, so now I can remove them if I want and use them for more cosplays! I'll be making tutorials for my Beetlejuice cosplay, what would you like to see tutorials for first?? Also do you like my new style of filming? I decided to take this shoot to a different part of the house 🥰 #beetlejuice #beetlejuicecosplay #beetlejuicemakeup #halloweencostume
