The moments we questioned ourselves, the seasons we had to find our own strength, and the days we kept moving forward without knowing how everything would turn out. But somewhere along the way, I realized that what I've been through doesn't have to define how I treat the world. I don't want to become cold just because life has been hard. I don't want to lose my ability to love, laugh, forgive, or see the good in people. Maybe part of our purpose isn't just about what we accomplish, but about what we leave people feeling. The kindness we show, the understanding we offer, and the difference we make in someone's life without even realizing it. I'll never pretend life has always been easy, and I'll never forget the lessons that came with the harder chapters. But I hope I always remember where I came from, stay humble about where I am, and never become the reason someone else feels a little more alone in a world that's already heavy enough.
