Mr, honourable Ballama, I would like to take this time to thank you for what you are doing in your department, we need your help in place called Obira Parish, Got Apwoyo Sub county , Nwoya District. We have very many richest peoples who are surveyering our lands, one of them called Gen Otema he came 2018 he didtroyed peoples houses, crops, schools, hospitals and he killed very many peoples. Again after that one of them called Tom Ollam he came 2022 he also didtroyed people's houses, crops and one of our school that school was the one parents childrens were studying under the 🌴 trees. even up to now we doesn't have people who study, because we don't have schools from primary leave up to Secondary level. Apart from that, again we are suffering from Elephants, they are coming from Marchison falls NGP. they are distyoying people's houses, crops and killing people 2024 one elephant came and killed 2 womens who were collecting the fire wood. by name they called Akumu and Maurine. Our leaders LC V and LC III they brought electric fence and they've just stopped it fur it doesn't reached along the river Nile. We need your help only because no one can help us apart from you only. our leaders like MPS, LC V, LC III they are not helping us, only honourable Allenyo Martial of Pakwach District who is helping us. We need our childrens to study and to have knowledge also because we are Ugandans and we are Supporting M 7 100 percent, all of us we are NRM. Last time people heard that you are going to Pakwach District and we were happy that you may go there but it wasn't possible for you to reached. I'm begging you that may you help us to solve that issues. May God bless you aboundantly in your department Amen. I'm called Ringe Jerry.
