Because apparently my body decided that having seizures wasn’t quite enough drama on its own. 🥲😂 But joking aside, I was recently reminded of all the little things I do every day to make navigating social situations that little bit easier. Living with seizures can be incredibly frustrating, and whilst I try not to let them dictate my life, the reality is that they do affect pretty much everything I do. Over the years, I’ve picked up a few little habits and tricks that help me feel a bit more confident and safe when I’m out and about. They might seem like tiny things, but honestly, they make such a difference!
