Man, this is going to be devastating if the homeowner is on a fixed income or it’s a young couple stretching to buy a dream home. As a certified roof inspector and a roofing contractor with over 20 years in business non of this says professional and only says reroof within 3-5 years if lucky. Love the skilled valley work. Pray for the owners and hope they are listed as additional insured on the general liability policy
