It’s not half finished it’s 3/4 finished half finished would be 1/2 not 3/4 so technically it’s 3/4 finished so you’re wrong.

I have a similar problem. Started a sleeve when I was in my early 20s. Tattooist did half. Then packed up and left the country with my deposit. Last I heard he'd come back from Spain and was now doing tattoos from the back of a van. I've been to multiple tattooists, no one wanting to try to fix it. And the cover up or removal is too expensive for me at the moment.

Yeah, it’s a lot stupid for about a year till it finally looks like it’s supposed to be. There happens all the time. I hate new tattoos the way they look.
