@afr.children.o3: My name is kisawuzi Francis founder of AFR CHILDREN OUTREACH UGANDA 🇺🇬 and I am the sole care taker of over 34 needy and orphaned children. Two of whom are in critically in devastating ill conditions of HEART ECHO disease and recommended for urgent heart surgeries. They are ALVIN SSERUNJOGI who is now 4 years ,since 2024 the echo in his heart was discovered to date is yet to get surgery limited by absence of funds. The second one is TUMWEBAZE DAVID ayear and half his problem of heart echo announced in 2025 is also yet to the taunched one thing no funds. And minus the surgery am worried the two innocent souls might not survive. The next in the line is NANTAALO GLORIA who is disabled and in urgent need of awheelchair because she's barely able to walk in uncomfortable clutches. Despite all what you may think of long-lasting wheelchair ♿ are very expensive and ironically not easily accessible. This and the rest added to the daily expenses of other 31 children who also rely on me Francis,makes it impossible to put aside money as saving for these heavy burdens. I wish to turn their world from sadness to happiness and enjoyment. Another of orphans is barely elder than infant and visually lacks nutrients and vitamins. No baby should be too frail and small especially when still in diapers. Therefore this young child needs to intake nutritious foods for him to grow healthy which is impossible because funds are lacking. Find it in your heart to donate for these children to get recommended emergency medical attention and social needs so that they can survive,grow stronger and healthy. Aside from these urgent priorities, all other 31 children rely on me Francis.which is why necessities like food and clothing becomes scarce because funds run low quickly. I strongly believe that all children deserves to live freely and comfortable without worrying of not having basic needs and survival.
