It’s crazy bc I was depressed so they put me on lexipro. Then the lexipro shined a light on the ADHD. Then I start taking the ADHD meds and it shined a light on the tism. IM TIRED OF THIS GRANDPA

I’ve been on Straterra and Zoloft since I got diagnosed with ADHD four years ago. This year, my psych decided to switch it up and put me on Wellbutrin. I’m literally going crazy with how much I’ve been regressing and not being able to handle ANY sort of change or feelings of perceiving from others 😭 I haven’t been formally diagnosed but my therapist and psych are both getting vibes and I’ve truly never felt so autistic in my life 😩

All the sudden I’m making great savant art but when the wind starts blowing I can feel my clothes and the seams of my socks and the lights are too loud and I’m sitting in a corner of my dark closet trying to find clothes that “don’t touch me” and staring at the wall naked because the baby started crying and wouldn’t stop no matter what I did and it turns out she was teething. Then my husband saying he can help but the pajama to sleep sack warmth ratio is off and he picks up the wrong brand of my safe food and I’m like “this is all wrong.”

It’s so annoying once you get used to the meds tho because then it’s an internal battle that never ends lol. I plan things out ahead of time so I won’t get overwhelmed but then a fourth of the time my brain will be like WE CANNOT BE FORCED TO DO THAT, WE REFUSE!!! And I’m like “?!??” Because I’m the one who scheduled it in the first place why I got pathological demand avoidance for my own dang schedule!
