@soldbysada: I still can’t wrap my head around the fact that you’re really gone, Marcel. 💔 But what breaks my heart more than anything is knowing Colt and Cain have to face a world without their dad. No child should have to experience that kind of heartbreak, especially knowing how much their dad loved them. Marcel and I shared a lot of life together. We had our ups and downs, and although life took us in different directions, we always found a way to come together for our boys. We may not have gotten everything right, but one thing we did right was Colt and Cain. And I’ll forever be grateful for that. I wish more than anything that all your boys had more time with you. More memories, more laughs, more birthdays, and all those little moments we tend to take for granted. You had so much love for each of your boys, and I know how badly you wanted to stay and watch them all grow up. But I truly believe our bodies are only temporary. The flesh may die, but the spirit lives on forever. Through Christ, death is not the end. And I pray that all your boys continue to feel your love, even when they can no longer physically see you. I promise you, Marcel, I’ll spend the rest of my life reminding Colt and Cain how much their dad loved them. They will never have to question that. You fought so hard to stay.
