Tail bobbing is typically a normal sign as long as it’s subtle, if it’s different from your other budgies’ breathing (with panting or clear chest movements) then it’s most likely a respiratory issue. Jagged tail feathers can be caused by a small cage (feathers rubbing against cage bars) and/or health issues like hypovitaminosis (specifically lack of vitamin A) or lack of proper amino acids (which contribute to feather quality). Also, preening is a normally good sign but if it’s aggressive and constant that might be a medical emergency. Although i am not a vet i highly suggest you to take your bird to an avian vet because these signs unfortunately suggest respiratory infections. Try to keep her in a comfortably warm room, purify the air with a HEPA air purifier and check if she’s constantly looking tired or fluffed up. Keep teflon, perfumes, candles and house cleaning products away. Hopefully it isn’t something severe.❤️

Birds often do this to indicate they’re about to make a 5 mt explosion hope this helps

i have 2 budgies , I cnt tell uu exactly what’s wrong with her but I know it can be bad , take her to the vet they’ll tell uu exactly what’s wrong
