You need to start calling out the elephant in the room - Reddington is mobilizing a large group of people online, so he can utilize that in the courtroom. It’s not professional, and it’s unethical.

i think it is to narrow the window for prosecution to fix anything but rather stick to their previous strategy, new judge means nore time for them to get new experts and info so better to just go with what they have, which is ...nothing!

Probably same reason as a nurse, I’d choose the same group of bad pts for the next night instead of a whole new group. Familiarity. Knowing all the details and not having to learn or re-explain

This judge was actually extremely lenient to Reddington during the trial and beyond, he told the prosecutors to let witnesses finish speaking and he allowed Reddington to intimidate and bully and cut off witnesses, Reddington also got away with a lot of behaviour and had a lot of conduct in the courtroom that most judges would not allow..
