Iโm on Naltrexone and Wellbutrin for weight loss, but Iโm thankful for how Naltrexone has changed my relationship with alcohol too. After my husband passed away, I could not drink in moderation. Now I hardly drink.

Yes!! Just be careful if u dabble in opioids as it will throw you into immediate withdrawals from that and itโll be a bad situation.

Iโve never thought of it this way previously. I think any means to get sober is better than active addiction. I could see how staying on medications like GLP or this or Suboxone long term without doing the work to have others tools in your tool box to maintain could be an issue or controversial.
