@cbsnews: The attorneys for the lone holdout juror in the high-profile Lindsay Clancy murder trial on Monday urged a judge not to investigate his conduct any further at a hearing in Plymouth Superior Court. The juror, Michael Desronvil, was represented by attorneys Heather O’Connor and Edward Paltzik, who spoke to CBS News’ Shanelle Kaul. They argued their client had simply done his duty as a juror and disputed allegations of improper cellphone use during deliberations. Prosecutor Jennifer Sprague said for the first time on Monday that Clancy will likely stand trial again, though it is not yet known what she would be charged with. “This would be a retrial,” Sprague said, adding that the prosecution has not yet decided “how that will look.”
