it's so offensive they didn't just replace the juror. they were there specifically for that reason!!!!!

Asking a jurror "Can you follow the law?" is like Elizabeth Holems saying "The machine CAN test for any disease" ...It can, but it doesn't. He CAN follow the law, but won't.

Don’t get me wrong, I feel this hold out juror has brought a lot more things to light (unintentionally) may not have happened if he didn’t hold out (even though I don’t agree at all with the way it was handled)

my theory, they want to see if the gag order is in place before telling the judge what charges they are going for in the next trial

This retired MA lawyer agrees with everything you said❤️‼️Not enough attention is paid to a fair trial once deliberations begin. Constitutional rights still exist during deliberations‼️

I think saying the juror publicly outed himself is disingenuous. Anyone following what has happened since the mistrial knows that he was doxxed.

Shan :
It seemed like they def wanna retry her but they won’t clarify if it’ll be first or second degree murder (or whatever specific charges). Idk I think it’s all insane regardless and they need to work out a plea deal or just drop this
