I’ll give it a try! I’m from Alaska and catch/cook my own, but I still occasionally overcook it and then end up throwing it out. I won’t order it from most restaurants because I’ve been burned too many times. But when it’s just right, it is so good!

I tried cooking a filet that looked like that once but the teeny tiny bones were so annoying i’ve never wanted to cook salmon again 😂 this looks really really good though
