My vote goes to Elegoo CC1, worked out of your box, nothing to set up down voting the Ender 3SE, it came messed up and I spent 20+ hours trying to get it to work and then a nightmare to get a refund. 8 weeks and still waiting

I have had a few, by far the best beginner ecosystem to get into is Bambu Lab. A1 is the best starter printer and for recreational use, the Bambu Handy app is all most hobby enthusiasts will ever need to start.

I think it depends on the beginner. An engineer minded person gets a Snapmaker U1, the non-technical person gets a Bambu A1 or the mini.
