@becs_journey_to_health: Season a bird with me 🐓 wash it or don’t wash it, I honestly couldn’t care less 🤣#cookwithme #roast #roastchicken #recipes

Gemma Gregg :

Wow whoever turned up seriously knew you were buttering up a bird 🤣🤣🤣

Jen Jen Marshall :

I never wash the chicken, it splashes chicken stuff all over the place. The heat kills anything off anyway so you'll be grand 😊💕

Haroon :

My sister likes dry chicken….. I don’t like her

tiffratxmkw :

You’re not supposed to wash chicken. They taught me that in culinary school.

Noah 💓 :

“It’s quite a sexual process I’m not gonna lie” I was actually in tears bec 😂😂

Nour :

“finger the breast” 💀💀💀 bec TIMEOUT LOL

Jill Barnes :

Ooh that'll be super tasty!! Enjoy I'm willing to take one for the team on the chicken washing!! I am currently completing my level 3 food safety training this week and it has been drummed into us that chicken (and other poultry) should NOT be washed. Most poultry carries campylabacter bacteria which is killed during the cooking process, however if you wash it, there's a chance you will splash that bacteria all over your sink, taps, counter and utensils.
