He’s speaks extremely well and articulates his words clearly . I love this. Chris started speech therapy at 2. He didn’t start speaking correctly until around 6. He’s now in 5th grade and still does speech therapy 🙌🏾

Speech Therapist here! 🙋🏾♀️When practicing his words, first model the lip placement by telling him, “Watch my lips hug together first,” (Bring the lips in making a popping sound) then have him try it. Next, practice making just the /p/ sound about five times before moving on to words. When modeling the /p/ sound to him OVER EXAGGERATE the lip placement as well. It’s the same placement for /b/ and /m/ sounds. The goal is to help him understand how to position his lips before producing the sound. Hope this helps! Y’all are doing a great job! ❤️
