make as much AHEAD OF TIME that you can... (cranberry sauce, gravy, veggies prepared to cook etc) make a list (trust me! 1st time I did a Thanksgiving dinner solo, it was for about 25 people) get your guests to bring things like salads, buns, drinks, ice, disposable tableware, so you can focus on the main dishes! brining your turkey is a great way to infuse flavor and ensure a juicy bird... spatchcocking it will cut the cook time and breast meat and dark meat will be ready at about the same time... blessings and cheers to a wonderful experience and Thanksgiving✨✨✨💜💜💜
