Quick lore for this skin, the spirit Tempest allows Peter to temporarily be worthy. The thing holding him back in Rivals from being worthy is the mantra "With Great Power, Comes Great Responsibility." And that one day, if he can move beyond that limitation, he could be worthy forever

Spider-Man es más que digno del Miolnir, pero falla en una cosa y esa es en matar, Peter no mata ni al peor de sus enemigos porque como el Tío Ben le dijo "Un gran poder, Colleva una gran responsabilidad"

Also. Honest opinion. Spiderman is ABSOLUTELY worthy of the hammer. The only thing he's missing is the pride in protecting the defenseless. He's too humble and grief stricken for the hammer to recognize any sense of pride from just Peter. Uncle Ben though? He's got enough pride in Peter for him that I fully believe as long as he's right next to Peter, any version of Spiderman can lift that hammer.
