I completely understand! I’m on pills now but oncologist told me not to have port taken out. I’m so ready to be through with all of this but he told me a year on these pills.

I’ve always wondered what this looks like. I never had the courage to look. The nurses were happy to see me because I had a port. Easier for them rather than finding a vein. I don’t want to do this again so blessed it’s over #twotimecancersurvivor

I was diagnosed with stage 2 endometrial cancer in July. Full hysterectomy. Good prognosis with 6 chemotherapy treatments. The infusions take a toll but I was surprised at how painful the port implant was. Admittedly, it does help…but! I agree with you. Never want to go through this again. 🙏
