🚨💔 TRAGIC NEWS: FOOTBALL HAS LOST ANOTHER LIFE. Spanish footballer Jesús de Miguel has tragically passed away at the age of just 30 following a horrific on-field collision during CD Tenerife's match against FC Andorra. The incident happened in the closing moments of Monday's LaLiga 2 encounter, with the score level at 2-2. De Miguel was chasing a long ball when Andorra goalkeeper Jesús Owono rushed out of his penalty area to clear it. In the process, Owono collided heavily with the Tenerife forward, striking him in the chest with his knee. De Miguel immediately collapsed on the pitch and remained motionless. Players from both teams quickly called for medical assistance as the medical staff rushed onto the field to attend to him. The situation was extremely serious. According to reports, the 30-year-old suffered a cardiorespiratory arrest and had to be resuscitated by emergency medical personnel while being transported to hospital. Owono was shown a straight red card following the incident, while the match was eventually abandoned in the 108th minute to allow medical teams to attend to the injured player. De Miguel was rushed to the University Hospital of Nuestra Señora de Candelaria, where he was admitted to intensive care. Despite initially being reported as stable, his neurological condition deteriorated overnight. On Tuesday, November 3, CD Tenerife officially confirmed the heartbreaking news: Jesús de Miguel had passed away at 8:00 AM. 30 years old. A footballer, a teammate, a son, and a human being who should have had many more years ahead of him. Football is a beautiful game, but moments like this remind us that there is something far more important than the result, the rivalry, or the three points. No match, no trophy, and no football rivalry is ever worth more than a human life. Rest in peace, Jesús de Miguel. 💔🕊️ Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with his family, friends, teammates, and everyone at CD Tenerife during this incredibly difficult time. #RIP #JesusDeMiguel #CDTenerife #Football#Rymicallevelz - @rymicallevelz
