NUMERICAL NUANCES - Two Similar Prophets [03:59] Did you know Prophet Adam and Prophet Isa عليهما السلام are each mentioned by name 25 times in the Quran? In Surah Aal-Imran (3:59), Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says: إِنَّ مَثَلَ عِيسَىٰ عِندَ اللَّهِ كَمَثَلِ آدَمَ “Indeed, the example of Isa with Allah is like the example of Adam.” The Quran connects these two prophets in remarkable ways. 🍃 Their creation: Adam عليه السلام had neither a father nor a mother, while Isa عليه السلام was born to a mother without a father. 🍃 The same command: Allah created both by His command, “Kun fa-yakūn” — “Be, and it is.” 🍃 The spirit: The Quran describes the breathing of the spirit in the accounts of both prophets. 🍃 The word: Adam عليه السلام received words from Allah, while Isa عليه السلام is described as a word from Him. 🍃 Clay and miracles: Adam was created from clay, while Isa formed a bird from clay and breathed into it by Allah's permission. The context makes this even more powerful. The verse came as a response to the Christian delegation from Najran, whose claims about Isa's birth were addressed through the example of Adam. If being born without a father proved divinity, what about Adam, who had neither a father nor a mother? The miraculous birth of Isa عليه السلام points to the power of the Creator, not the divinity of the creation. Both were honoured prophets and servants of Allah. #QuranMiracle #SurahAalImran #ProphetIsa #ProphetAdam #QuranReflection

From the book I am currently reading: - A return to Love by Marianne Willamson: “Until your knees finally hit the floor you’re just playing at life, and on some level, you’re scared because you know you’re just playing. -The Moment of surrender is Not When Life Is Over. It’s When It Begins.” When I was homeless and living in a rented Prius after my van 🚐 was towed away to an impound lot, and I was unable to fix it, - my knees hit the floor, I in many ways surrounded and asked God, - the universe to help me become all that I can become, I asked for help to make my life far more than just about myself. After that, a dramatic shift happened In my life. - I have witnessed terrible unimaginable tragedy, and I have also been the recipient of incredible miracles in my life. When we acknowledge that our own flaws are apart of what makes us so uniquely beautiful we begin to accept ourselves as imperfectly beautiful beings capable of both giving and receiving love. It’s perfectly okay to not be okay. - Often not being okay gives us the fuel needed to grow into all that we can become. I say this often to myself, I have yet to become all that I can be.” - Tyler Amadeus. #fyp #growth #healing #HealingJourney #SelfCare #selfcaretiktok #selflovejourney #loveyourself #MentalHealth #mentalhealthawarenes #keepgoing #onedayatatime #motivation #lgbt🌈 #lgbtq🏳️‍🌈 #lgbtqia #austintexas #austintx #sober #recovery #Love #lovealways #lovewins #lovewins🏳️‍🌈 #iloveyou #youmatter #nevergiveup
