Does reading do the same thing? It’s a creative outlet and although it’s not a true visual medium, it does inspire internal visuals.

Omg. I’m a therapist and have used Pinterest IN SESSION with clients to encode what we are doing. I knew it worked but didn’t know WHY. Thank you!

Any artist, sculptor, dancer, photographer, or musician could have told you this centuries ago but it’s nice that we have confirmation, right?

On another parallel note, it's been found that when you listen to a certain tempo of music while doing any activity it can help with alot of other activities that require memorising and creativity. Classical music and those indigenous peoples that needed to transfer mammoth historical information eg family tree, weather pattens, making of the seasons etc, utilise this technique. ✌😎🥰
