@the_interrogation_room: 🚨 WEARING A FAKE BADGE WON'T SAVE YOU FROM REAL CUFFS. Watch a routine traffic stop spiral into a felony arrest. 📖 THE STOP: Boardman, Ohio police pulled over a driver named Kylie—who was wearing a Halloween police costume—after she pulled into a red-light intersection and reversed. Officers quickly learned her license was suspended and her passenger boyfriend had an active assault warrant out of Pennsylvania. 🤥 THE CONFESSION: Furious that her boyfriend was being taken into custody, Kylie blurted out that the warrant was invalid because she had drunkenly lied to Pennsylvania police and filed a false domestic report against him out of jealousy. 📉 THE MELTDOWN: Officers explained they still legally had to honor the warrant, but offered to let Kylie go home with her stepdad with just a traffic citation. Instead of cooperating during a routine pocket search after a marijuana roach was found in the car, Kylie pulled away, screamed at officers, and kicked an officer while refusing to sit in the cruiser—upgrading a simple ticket into a felony Assault on a Police Officer charge. 💬 As the officer told her stepdad: "She turned a traffic ticket into a misdemeanor, and a misdemeanor into a felony."
