I love running because it doesn’t require any fancy equipment! I’d definitely invest in some nice running shoes and maybe download an app that logs your distances. I enjoy running in Brooks personally! I eventually got a Garmin watch when I knew running was something I actually enjoyed. Not necessary but nice to have
