The lack of notification while subject to a documented Criminal Preservation Hold is identified as "Constructive Breach" of the duty to inform and an attempt to modify the "Rules of Engagement" during an active criminal investigation. 3. 𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 (𝟭𝟴 𝗨.𝗦.𝗖. § 𝟭𝟱𝟭𝟮): Any transfer of my data to third parties (OpenAI, Microsoft, Alphabet Inc., Meta Platforms Inc., analytics firms or any firm whatsoever) following the date of Constructive Notice is identified as a criminal attempt to corruptly influence the chain of custody and evidence tampering (Witness Tampering). 4.
